Floating Time : Minimum for 2 days.

Placing Orders:

• No Same-day delivery for rentals.
• You can schedule delivery for any day except Sunday. ( for events on Sunday you can schedule a delivery on Saturday and the return on Monday at no extra fee) .

 Delivery Hours:

• Monday to Saturday:10 AM to 3 PM OR 2 PM to 6 PM.
  DELIVERY will arrive at ANY TIME inside the selected time slot.

or 

• You can choose a specific time delivery of one-hour window by filling out the form.

 Delivery Areas & Rates:

• We offer popcorn machine rentals in Greater Montreal, Longueuil, Brossard, Boucherville, Laval ...
• The delivery fee is based on the delivery area & time slot chosen.
• The delivery fee will be included in the price shown. 

Placing an order :

We take Online & Instore orders.

• Place your order online and select store Pickup option with desired Date & Time.

OR

• Place your order in store for instant Pickup or ask for a later pickup.

Monday to Saturday from 10AM to 2PM.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•  Your order will be fully refunded when you cancel 48hours before delivery or pickup.
• Less than 48 hours, cancellation fees will apply (15% processing & restocking fees will be deducted from total paid amount), OR you can reschedule your order at no additional cost.
• No refund for same day cancellation.

Exclusions apply to Personalized Balloon Orders (including custom Text or Logos) and any Special Balloon Orders, such as those requiring supplies sourced specifically from our suppliers to fulfill your request: Additional fees will apply.

Please email us your cancellation request info@ballonhelium.ca and include your order number so we can confirm the cancellation and apply our policy.

RETURN POLICY

• All SALES ARE FINAL. We guarantee our Helium Balloons for 48 hours, 24 hours or 12 hours. Please check product description for Balloon Floating Time.
• We are not responsible for any punctures that occur after you have taken possession of the balloons and/or accessories.
• If you receive a balloon product that is partially or fully defective, please email-us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a refund for the defective items: info@ballonhelium.ca

MODIFICATIONS POLICY

• You can e-mail us: info@ballonhelium.ca to MODIFY your order. Please include your order number and the requested modification. The total amount will be adjusted accordingly.

• No modification is accepted for Personalized Balloon Orders (including custom Text or Logos) and any Special Balloon Orders, such as those requiring supplies sourced specifically from our suppliers to fulfill your request.

• No TIME modification is accepted the day of Delivery/Pick-up. You can Reschedule your order at no additional cost for another day.

• No delivery fee refund if you switch to pick-up less than 24 hours before delivery.
• In case you need to change delivery location, delivery fee will be recalculated.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

We always try to provide customers the balloon design as it is shown on the website, with a minimum of substitution.

Should we need to substitute, we will replace the balloon with as close to the specific balloon of equal or higher value.
