• For Rentals:

1. Delivery date, and time (Specific time delivery or our Regular time frame between 10AM to 3PM or 2PM to 6PM ).
2. Pick-up date, and time (Specific time Pick-up or our Regular time frame between 10AM to 3PM or 2PM to 6PM ).
3. Delivery address.
4. Quantity needed.
