Notes:

We advise all balloons to be inflated 2 to 3 hours before the event. Especially for latex balloons (9" and 11"):

• Average floating time for 9 inches Latex - 7 Hours.
• Average floating time for 11 inches Latex - 12 Hours.
• Average floating time for 16 inches Latex - 20 Hours.
• Average floating time for 30 inches Latex - 48 Hours.

A security deposit of 200$ will be automatically added to your cart and will be kept until the end of the rental term.

Rental steps:

1. Choose your helium tank size A, B or C depending on how many balloons you want to inflate (this information is mentioned in the helium tank’s description or the item photo).
2. Click on the "Rent Now / Louer Maintenant" button.
3. Choose the period for your rental equipment.
4. Provide all the information needed: events info, delivery/ pickup dates, time slots...
5. Read the terms of the rental agreement.
6. Add to the cart (the price shown includes delivery/pickup fees ).
7. At the cart page, the security deposit of 200$ will be added automatically to your cart.

Placing Orders:

• No Same-day delivery for rentals.
• You can schedule delivery for any day except Sunday. ( for events on Sunday you can schedule a delivery on Saturday and the return on Monday at no extra fee) .

 Delivery Hours:

• Monday to Saturday:10 AM to 3 PM OR 2 PM to 6 PM.
  DELIVERY will arrive at ANY TIME inside the selected time slot.

• You can choose a specific time delivery of one-hour window by filling out the form.

 Delivery Areas & Rates:

• We deliver in Greater Montreal, Longueuil, Brossard, Boucherville, Laval ...
• The delivery fee is based on the delivery area & time slot chosen.
• The delivery fee will be included in the price shown. 

Placing an order :

We take Online & In-store orders.

• Place your order online and select the store Pickup option with desired Date & Time.

• Place your order in the store for a later pickup (No Same day pickup).

Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 2PM.

CANCELLATION  POLICY

• If you cancel the reservation a fee will be charged ( please refer to the rental agreement);
  

MODIFICATION POLICY

• A $25+tx fee will be charged if you modify the reservation date.
